\"Poker\" <\/p>\n

Originally, Poker is a card game. It is played by a group of players, usually around a circular table. The goal is to create the best hand possible. This is done by placing bets based on the value of the player’s cards. The highest hand wins the pot.<\/p>\n

The first player in the left of the button (called the small blind) posts a bet. The dealer (the person who shuffles the deck) chooses the initial dealer. The shuffled deck is passed to the next player.<\/p>\n

The initial dealer deals seven cards to each player. The cards are ranked from Ace to ten. The rank of the cards is determined by the player. The best five-card hand is only allowed in a seven-card stud game. If the highest five-card hand is not available, the hand with the lowest two cards is considered a Full House.<\/p>\n

The dealer may pass out the cards at once or in sets. Some variant games include jokers.<\/p>\n

Each hand begins with a draw phase. After each deal, players are given the chance to reveal their cards. They can either fold or raise. When a raise occurs, the player who raises must call the bet. The raiser can also choose to match the bet.<\/p>\n

The first round of betting is complete when the betting interval has ended. After this, the next round begins with the antes and blinds. The ante is a “buy in” bet that allows a player to start the round. It is typically $1 or $5.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
